Billing plan changes live in Canon, not as a per-repo Stripe customer portal.
Cancel
Cancel Deploy / Orchestrate stops the GitHub workflows for that repo as well as Canon UI access to the installed implementation. Operate cannot stay active without a live Deploy.
Seats
Operate includes unlimited seats on the paid repo. Designer viewers do not receive Start Run or Review decisions without Operate.
